Teelirium Organic Matcha Chocolate - Selection vegan
All varieties of our vegan organic matcha chocolates in the gourmet set.
The set contains one 65 gram bar of each of the following varieties:
- Organic dark matcha chocolate - pure (vegan)
- Organic dark matcha chocolate - marzipan (vegan)
- Organic matcha chocolate - vegan
As well as 10 small vegan matcha bars (4.5g each = 45g)
We have put a lot of emphasis on the highest quality of raw materials in the development of our chocolate:
- Original Japanese organic matcha from Kagoshima
- Organic cane sugar from 100% fair cultivation from Paraguay
- Organic cocoa sourced directly and fairly from cocoa farmers in South and Central America
- Handmade in Germany
Due to these high quality ingredients, none of our bars require any other additives such as emulsifiers or the like. With these organic ingredients and a 100% fair and sustainable raw material concept, our chocolate supports fair working conditions of the producers and suppliers of the raw materials.

The philosophy of our chocolate producer in detail:
Chocolate at fixed producer prices
Particularly important for our chocolate producer is the 100% traceability of the origin of the basic ingredients cocoa beans, cane sugar and milk. For this, the owner of the chocolate confectionery had to search for a very long time for cocoa and sugar farmers whom he could pay DIRECTLY. Because in the main export countries of the two raw materials it is usual that many profit from the trade, but unfortunately as good as no profit arrives at the farmers. This step of DIRECT purchasing is practically unique in the entire industry of fine chocolate manufacturers: The direct purchase of all cocoa beans from farmers in Colombia and the cane sugar from sugar farmers in Paraguay via two reliable partners. Quality has its price, which should also reach the producer. Our partner therefore pays about four times more for cocoa than in comparison for African cocoa beans. The cocoa farmers are also paid a fixed price, independent of the exchange-determined world market price.
Fair alone is not enough

Many areas in South America are shaken by civil war-like conditions, drug cultivation and trafficking and the violence associated with it, and offer people hardly any prospects. Our partner, the chocolate confectionery tries to support the local farmers and especially the children through various aid projects.
