This beautifully composed and tastefully balanced Matcha is ideal for preparation as Usucha and is made exclusively from green tea from the first plucking from the Uji tea fields of Yamamasa Koyamaen, Kyoto. In taste and aroma, Yuuwa no shiro Matcha offers a subtle roasted note and is somewhat reminiscent of a genmaicha in expression.
