    This Matcha resembles the taste and smell of celery salt, or intense vegetable soup. It's quite mild in both the initial taste and the aftertaste. There are almost no hints of grass in this tea, neither does it smell or taste like ground vegetables. The aftertaste is also mild and not bitter.
