    In my opinion this matcha does not have enough character, it\'s very neutral.\r\n\r\nThis is a mellow, creamy matcha that doesn\'t have a strong aroma, it has a little grassy smell but not fresh grass, and it doesn\'t have a typical umami taste and there\'s no sweetness.\r\n\r\nThere\'s not much bitterness but the sourness is more pronounced.
