Thank you for the rating and comment, which is very helpful to us. As there are always problems with all shipping services, we always send the tracking link when an order is shipped and urge all customers to keep an eye on the shipping status after completing their order. Unfortunately we have no influence on the quality of the delivery. Especially not outside of Germany. However, we have generally had the best experience with DHL. Even if there are problems from time to time.
