It ended up on the edge of the city in Magyar post office
20€ for this shitty experience
Next time it can end up in another city so I probably would try another shop that can handle the delivery correctly

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that it is frustrating when a parcel is not available exactly where you expected it.
We checked the tracking information from DHL and Magyar Post. According to the shipment details, the parcel was delivered to the delivery address that was entered for your order. We therefore cannot confirm that the parcel was sent to a random location or to another city.
Once a parcel has been handed over to DHL and the local postal partner, the final handling on site is managed by the carrier. If a DHL locker delivery is redirected locally, this is unfortunately outside our direct control.
If you believe the tracking information is incorrect, please contact our customer service with your order number. We will gladly review the case with you again.
