It has a very fresh, grassy smell which is the real highlight of this matcha, because the bitterness is quite strong for me and the sourness is also a bit too noticable.\r\n\r\nOther than that a very clean taste of fresh fruit, if you don\'t mind bitterness you will enjoy the fresh taste.
