The cultivars used - Yabukita, Okumidori, Minami Sayaka and Oku Yutaka - come from the Morimoto tea family in Miyazaki, who are dedicated to organic farming. This Shiraore embodies their philosophy: conscious tea making with respect for nature, plants and people.
