How to make your matcha latte with plant-based milk:

  • Sieve 1-2 grams of matcha into a bowl and add about 80 ml of hot water (not boiling).
  • Whisk the matcha with a bamboo whisk or a milk frother until a fine foam forms.
  • Heat 200 ml of your favorite plant-based milk alternative (e.g. oat, almond or coconut milk) and froth it gently.
  • Slowly pour the milk over the foamed matcha and enjoy your creamy matcha latte.
For the cold version, mix the matcha with cold water and add cold, foamed plant milk - perfect for a refreshing treat.
