How to make your matcha latte with plant-based milk:
- Sieve 1-2 grams of matcha into a bowl and add about 80 ml of hot water (not boiling).
- Whisk the matcha with a bamboo whisk or a milk frother until a fine foam forms.
- Heat 200 ml of your favorite plant-based milk alternative (e.g. oat, almond or coconut milk) and froth it gently.
- Slowly pour the milk over the foamed matcha and enjoy your creamy matcha latte.
