The base is a finely balanced Sencha from the Shizuoka region, carefully harvested on the sun-drenched slopes at the foot of Mount Fuji. Its tea leaves carry the power of the clear climate, the fertile volcanic soil - and the knowledge of many generations of tea.

This fine base is refined with drinking-grade matcha from organic cultivation, which is slowly ground in traditional stone mills. The result: a bright green cup and a taste experience that blends umami and elegant bitterness (shibumi) into a harmonious whole - composed by an experienced chasho, a Japanese tea master.

• Water temperature: 80 °C
• Brewing time: 60 seconds for the first infusion, 5 seconds for the second and third infusion
