Our Munouyaku Sencha comes from the second plucking, which gives it a slightly stronger note than typical spring tea. Its taste is balanced, with a gentle bitterness and delicate umami nuances - ideal for meditative tea moments or your conscious start to the day.

How to prepare your Sencha Munouyaku:

• Tea quantity: 1-2 teaspoons per 200 ml of water
• Water temperature: 55-75 °C - the cooler, the sweeter the aroma
• Brewing time: 60 seconds for the first infusion, then 10 seconds for the second to fourth infusion
