How the gift works

After your purchase, you will receive the voucher as an individual code by email. You can send it on directly digitally or present it in style using our printable voucher template (under the "Documents" tab) - for example in a greetings card or as a small surprise in your letterbox. When redeemed, the value of the voucher is automatically deducted from the invoice amount. If there is any remaining amount, it will be credited to the customer account and can be used for a later purchase. Please note: Cash payment is not possible.

What you need to know

The voucher code is activated on working days within 2-4 hours after payment. Only then can it be redeemed. Orders for which a voucher has been used will only be dispatched once the voucher has been paid for in full. The voucher is not sent physically - everything is done digitally. Want to find out more?
