Since 2011, Matchashop has been dedicated to the art of genuine Japanese matcha. With nearly 80 carefully selected matcha varieties and over 100 types of premium Japanese green tea – many of them organic – we offer an exceptional range for both connoisseurs and the curious. Our matchas come from selected tea farmers in regions such as Uji, Yame, and Kirishima – areas known for centuries of tea-growing tradition. Through direct exchange with producers and many years of expertise, we ensure the highest quality – with transparency, passion, and deep respect for the product.

Who We Are

Florian Rosch, founder of Matchashop, has been active in the tea business since 2004. After running the tea lounge "Teelirium" in Frankfurt, he later founded what is now Matchashop. His knowledge and passion continue to shape the careful selection of every single product.
