Japanese Food and Ingredient Supporter Store Overseas

Since 2019, we’ve proudly carried the title Japanese Food and Ingredient Supporter Store Overseas. This official recognition is awarded by Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries – honoring our passion for authentic Japanese cuisine.

In the official announcement, the Ministry stated:
“In recognition of your ongoing efforts to promote Japanese food products, we are pleased to inform you that you have been approved as an official Japanese Food Supporter.”

This status not only entitles us to use the Ministry’s official logo but also lists us on the international platform JETRO – Japanese Food Supporter.

We were among the first shops in Germany to receive this honor in 2019 – a milestone that reflects our deep connection to Japan’s culinary craftsmanship and cultural heritage.

In summer 2022, the Japanese Food Supporter Program featured us in a detailed article on their website. Although the piece is no longer available online, it remains a highlight in our journey.

We are truly grateful for this recognition. It inspires us to continue sharing the authentic and fascinating world of Matcha and Japanese specialties – with heart, integrity, and dedication.
