Right here, at an altitude of around 800 meters in the Kawane region on the upper reaches of the Ōhigawa, one of Japan's most distinctive green teas thrives.

Kawane-Cha comes from the famous tea-growing region of Shizuoka, which is known for its exceptional microclimatic conditions: cool mountain air, constant humidity and mineral-rich water from the Japanese Southern Alps create ideal conditions for a tea with depth - complex, clear and powerful.

In terms of taste, Kawane-Cha delights with an intense, subtly tart nuance and a refreshingly lively profile. 90 seconds for the first infusion,
