Description

KABUSE HOUJICHA is a roasted Kabusecha from the first picking with fine leaf stalks. It has a fresh toasted aroma and contains little caffeine. Houjicha is both hot and cold drunk and in Japan also happy to eat.

1-2 teaspoons / 200ml

55°-75° C / 131°- 167° F

50 seconds for the first infusion, 10 seconds for the second to fourth infusion
