Kirishima Matcha comes from controlled organic cultivation in the southern region of Kyushu, far away from industrial agriculture. Experienced tea masters have been cultivating their plants there carefully and in harmony with the soil, climate and plants for over two decades. They observe factors such as humidity, leaf color or soil condition on a daily basis - a sensitive approach that has become rare today.
