Bio Matcha Silk Yuki - fine drinking pleasure with depth
Are you looking for a matcha that not only tastes good, but also fascinates? Bio Matcha Silk Yuki combines everyday versatility with real depth - a drinking-grade matcha that is characterized by complexity, purity and effect. Whether hot or as a cold brew: this matcha adapts to your rhythm - and reveals new facets every time.
The name "Yuki" means "snow" - and describes not only its origin from a misty, high-altitude organic tea farm in Kagoshima, but also the feeling it conveys: Clarity, freshness, balance. Lightly roasted and made from a harmonious combination of bush varieties such as Asatsuyu, Kanayamidori or Yabukita, this matcha has a stylishly soft depth - without any bitterness.
Palpable harmony in taste: Depending on the water temperature, Organic Matcha Silk Yuki varies between spicy and full-bodied (brewed hot) and almost crystalline and refreshing (served cold). Perfect for beginners - and exciting for experienced matcha drinkers who want to discover something new.
With content, not just effect: As with all matcha from matchashop, this purely organic green tea comes from ecologically controlled agriculture - pesticide-free, with lovingly home-made compost, harvested by hand and ground in granite mills. Each cup provides you with valuable chlorophyll and theanine compounds, a high ORAC value and a good gut feeling are included.
What makes organic Matcha Silk Yuki so special:
- 100% Japanese organic matcha from Kagoshima Prefecture
- Full-bodied, clear aroma - lightly roasted for warm depth
- Low bitterness, soft in texture
- Versatile use - hot, lukewarm or as a cold brew
- High-quality varieties:
Asatsuyu, Asanoka, Yabukita, Kanayamidori, Okumidori & Okuyutaka - Milling: traditional with the ganite stone mill for optimum fineness
- Rich in L-theanine, antioxidants and phytochemicals
Origin and passion - straight from Kyushu
Our organic farm is located around 500 meters above sea level near Kirishima City - surrounded by other organic farms. The frequent fog acts as a natural shade that stimulates the tea leaves to produce stronger amino acids. The result? More sweetness, more theanine, more depth
.Biodynamic cultivation completely dispenses with synthetic fertilizers or pesticides - instead, four years of fermented compost, a lot of patience and sustainable soil management are used. This is not only felt by the plants, but also by you - with every sip.
