How to prepare your matcha latte

1. Place 1-2 lightly heaped bamboo spoons (approx. 1-2 g) of matcha in a bowl

3. Add a small sip of water (max. 80 °C) and mix the matcha with a chasen (bamboo whisk) to form a smooth paste.
4. Then add the desired amount of frothed milk or plant-based alternative (ideal temperature 65-70 °C).
