    I initially found it to be quite bitter but Florian advised to lower the water temperature to 60 or even 50 degrees and this helped a lot. It is quite different to any other Matcha that I have tried before but I really like it now. The flavour is quite intense. Maybe not a matcha for every day but as a special treat it really enjoyable
