How to redeem your voucher or discount code

Received a voucher or discount code from matchashop.de? Great! Here's how to redeem it in just a few simple steps.

1. Select products and fill your cart

Browse our shop and add your favorite items to the shopping cart.

2. Log in or create a customer account

Click on Login (german: Kundenlogin) at the top right to sign in with your existing account or to register a new one.

3. Go to your shopping cart

Once logged in, click on your Cart (german: Warenkorb) at the top right of the page.

4. Enter your code

In the cart, you’ll find a field at the bottom right – just below the Checkout button (german: KASSE) – to enter your voucher or discount code.

5. Click "Redeem"

Enter your code and click the Redeem (german: Einlösen) button next to the input field.

6. Voucher amount is applied

The value of your voucher will be automatically deducted from your total amount.

You can now proceed to Checkout and complete your order. Any remaining balance will be saved in your customer account and automatically applied to your next order.

Note: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.

Discount vouchers from special promotions are valid only within the stated timeframe and cannot be applied retroactively.
