The art of lightness: Tokujou Sencha from the first harvest

This exceptional sencha comes from the first spring harvest - from tea bushes of the varieties Okumidori, Minami Sayaka and Yabukita, which are cultivated in the small, renowned organic tea manufactory of the Morimoto family in Miyazaki, Japan. For this tea, only particularly fine and delicate leaves are selected under airflow - a process that naturally ensures an elegant lightness.

Cold or warm - you decide

As Mizudashi, this sencha develops its character particularly harmoniously in cold water: after just a few minutes, a bright green, wonderfully refreshing infusion is produced. The bitter substances remain in the background, while subtle umami notes and a subtle sweetness play around the palate. Perfect for hot days - or any time you feel like clarity.
