This is exactly the moment that awaits you with Morimoto Tokujou Sencha: the highest quality Sencha from the Morimoto family - pure, vibrant, carefully cultivated by hand.
The harvest begins at the end of April, when the delicate leaves are at their peak of freshness and aroma. The Morimoto tea garden in Miyazaki, southern Japan, works exclusively in harmony with nature. Tokujou Sencha combines four carefully balanced bush varieties: Yabukita, Oku Yutaka, Minami Sayaka and Oku Midori. This diversity gives it depth and character.
The infusion of Tokujou Sencha is an intense emerald green - a visual promise that is fulfilled in terms of taste: full-bodied, smooth, with a gentle, natural sweetness and a subtle umami note. A tea that gives you pause - and invigorates at the same time.
For your optimal preparation:
- Quantity: 1-2 teaspoons per 200 ml of water
- Water temperature: 65-70 °C
- Brewing time:
- 1st infusion: 60 seconds
- 2nd infusion: 15 seconds
- 3rd-4th infusion: about 30 seconds
