A tea like a quiet walk through the lush green heart of Japan: Morimoto Sencha - Minami Sayaka combines three carefully selected shrub varieties from the early summer harvest to create a balanced, finely nuanced composition. If mindfulness is important to you - not only when you enjoy it, but also when choosing what you put into your body - then this tea should touch you immediately.

The delicate, hand-picked leaves come from the Miyazaki region in southern Japan. The Minami Sayaka plays the leading role: it is responsible for the unmistakably fresh, almost playful floral character of this sencha, which unfolds as soon as you open the packet. Its bright green cup invites you to pause for a moment

It is complemented by Oku Midori, a shrub variety that lends structure to the infusion - soft, gentle and with a hint of natural sweetness. Finally, Oku Yutaka, an undiscovered treasure among the Tennen Gyokuro varieties, brings depth and grounding to the cup: a subtly tart finish that lingers on the tongue for a long time and makes the tea appealing to both beginners and connoisseurs alike.

The Sencha Minami Sayaka is an organic tea with character - independent, but never overpowering. Ideal for quiet mornings, light-flooded tea moments by the window or deep breaths in between. If you wish, you can infuse it several times - each infusion gives you a new nuance, like a subtle change in the light over the garden.

Recommended preparation:

• 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 200ml of water
• Water temperature: 65-70°C
• Brewing time: approx. 60 seconds for the first infusion, then 15 seconds (second infusion), 30 seconds (third to fourth infusion)
