Particularly exciting for all those who are interested in the health-promoting ingredients of Japanese teas: Benifuuki contains a high proportion of methylated catechin - a special form of catechin that scientific studies have attributed positive effects on allergies, hay fever and neurodermatitis. This compound is heat-stable and can be absorbed particularly well by the body.

Important: To ensure that the catechin is optimally preserved, Benifuuki is not fermented, but processed as a classic green tea. This not only makes it more effective - it also creates a clear, grassy-tart taste that is reminiscent of spring meadows and invites you to infuse it several times.

• Temperature: 90 °C / 194 °F
• Brewing time:
  • 1st infusion: 180 seconds
  • 2nd to 4th infusion: 60 seconds each
