This cold-infused sencha comes from the best leaves of the first spring harvest - so-called Tokujou Sencha - and impresses with its fine-textured, hand-picked leaves. These have been carefully sorted out using airflow to ensure that only the most tender leaf grades are used. They are based on three tried-and-tested shrub varieties: Okumidori, Minami Sayaka and Yabukita - a harmonious trio that ensures a mild, sweet-green infusion with a floral-fresh depth.
The special feature: This tea unfolds its soul with cold water. In just a few minutes, a vibrant green infusion is created that tastes of freshness, of leaves, of summer. Ideal for hot days - but even when brewed warm, it reveals a velvety sweetness and full-bodied umami that surpasses many classic senchas.

Preparation
Quantity: 1 pyramid bag (5 g) per 500 ml
Water temperature: 70 °C for warm, chilled for cold infusion
Warm infusion time: 2-3 min. for the first infusion, 1-2 min. for others
Cold infusion time: 3-4 minutes - can remain in the water

Der Tee schmeckt super. Ich trinke ihn meistens warm, obwohl man ihn auch kalt trinken kann. Die Beutel sind relativ groß und sehr ergiebig (reichen bei mir für drei Aufgüsse). Sehr aromatisch und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
