In his entirely organic tea garden, Shutaro Hayashi cultivates, among other varieties, two shrub varieties whose names begin with the syllable "Asa". The syllable "Asa" means "morning". Both of these cultivars have a smooth, fresh and light character, fragrant and sweet. Asanomi Kabusecha is a balanced blend of these two impressive varieties: Asatsuyu and Asanoka.
