This special variety of the tea plant Camellia sinensis - cultivated, processed and dried with the utmost care - contains exceptionally high concentrations of methylated catechins such as EGCG and EGCG3. From the second harvest - with a full profile

Benifuuki No. 2 comes from the second harvest of the year and is strong and tart with subtle bitter notes reminiscent of artichoke or walnut.
