What makes this matcha special? It comes purely from the Kanayamidori tea bush variety, a rarity even in Japan. Its character: subtle, nutty, expressive. When brewed as Usucha, it develops a multi-layered aroma profile with subtly tart nuances in the finish - carried by a velvety, mild sweetness. Not a matcha for quick drinkers, but rather a partner for enjoyable concentration. Ideal to give you a clear moment in the middle of everyday life.

Our preparation tip:
Use 1-2 grams per 100 ml of water at around 70 °C. This allows its fine nutty note to develop in a particularly pleasant and harmonious way. Tip: Do not infuse too hot - this preserves the subtle sweetness and prevents bitterness.
