The Miyama Kirishima Sencha is a gift of nature - and patience. It is based on a carefully processed sencha, refined with a fine addition of deep green matcha from the Kanaya Midori variety. The result: a bright green infusion that is not only visually impressive, but also impresses with its depth of flavor, umami and gentle sweetness.

Recommended preparation:
- Quantity: 1-2 teaspoons per 200 ml of water
- Temperature: 65-70 °C (149-158 °F)
- Brewing time: 60 seconds for the first infusion, 15-20 seconds for further infusions (up to four infusions possible)
