Its fragrance has a fresh and simultaneously warm tone, it unfolds onto the tongue its abundant, indescribable aroma , which is intensive and almost without bitterness.
Matchas are freshly ground at the company location at Diepholz - a significant advantage in the race against the time because the tea is very sensitive and starts to oxidise as soon as it comes in contact with oxygen. Since the fine powder cannot be packed under a 100% vacuum, the production has a significant freshness advantage.
