The delicate, hand-picked leaves come from the Miyazaki region in southern Japan. The Minami Sayaka plays the leading role: it is responsible for the unmistakably fresh, almost playful floral character of this sencha, which unfolds as soon as you open the packet. It is complemented by Oku Midori, a shrub variety that lends structure to the infusion - soft, gentle and with a hint of natural sweetness. Recommended preparation:
1-2 teaspoons of tea to 200ml of water
Water temperature: 65-70°C
Brewing time: approx. 60 seconds for the first infusion, then 15 seconds (second infusion), 30 seconds (third to fourth infusion)
