Right here, under the careful care of the Hayashi family, grow the Zairaishu - over 100-year-old, seed-grown tea bushes that have been allowed to develop freely and naturally. The Miyama Kirishima Sencha is a gift of nature - and patience. It is based on a carefully processed sencha, refined with a fine addition of deep green matcha from the Kanaya Midori variety. The result: a bright green infusion that is not only visually impressive, but also impresses with its depth of flavor, umami and gentle sweetness.

For all those who appreciate conscious breaks in everyday life - this tea is an invitation to pause, breathe in and taste. Recommended preparation:

• Quantity: 1-2 teaspoons per 200 ml of water
• Temperature: 65-70 °C (149-158 °F)
• Brewing time: 60 seconds for the first infusion, 15-20 seconds for further infusions (up to four infusions possible)
