In my opinion this matcha has a too strong umami taste, but is still enjoyable because of a slightly fruity and sweet smell and taste.
There's a very little hint of grass in the smell, but it has some astringency in the taste reminding me of raw vegetables.
It's not really fresh-green bitterness, but more of a longer steamed, rich taste.
